INDIGO has Unique Workshops for transformation in the work environment which are:

  • Designed to bring about the changes required for different cultures to emerge
  • Create the environment where participants share openly and safely, enabling transformation from Day 1

INDIGO has identified:

  • People have a unique set of predominantly different value systems and systemic belief systems
  • Intolerance of another person’s point of view (or perspective) or behaviour that restricts or no longer serves the individual, and disrupts or distracts teams, usually occurs in any group of diverse individuals

INDIGO has developed:

  • Individual work groups and sessions that will support their growth.
  • Workshops make it possible for corporate companies to focus on their core business strategies instead of being distracted by having to focus on staff discord or less than optimal staff or team performance
